Sealegs Starts Production

Listed marine company Sealegs Corporation (NZX:SLG), has announced today that it has started production of its 5.6 metre amphibious boats, with an initial production schedule of 12 boats for staggered delivery over the first half of the 2004 financial year.
Sealegs Corporation CEO, David McKee Wright, said "we are very excited with commencing production and the first 12 boats represent around $1 million in revenues for Sealegs". He went on to say, "Demand for Sealegs amphibious boats continues to be strong both in New Zealand and internationally, with almost all of the first 12 boats being presold".
