Sealegs Signs Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement

(NZSE:ITC), has announced today that Sealegs International Ltd has signed a
strategic manufacturing and marketing agreement with Southern Pacific
Inflatables.
The agreement is for Southern Pacific Inflatables to manufacture the Sealegs
designed self-launching rigid inflatable boat. The agreement also covers
marketing of the Sealegs boats through Southern Pacific Inflatables existing
New Zealand and international network of dealers and distributors.
Southern Pacific Inflatables are one of New Zealand’s leading RIB
manufacturers and have a strong reputation for building quality products.
Southern Pacific Inflatable boats are US Coast Guard compliant and are
exported to a number of international markets including the UK, North
America and Australia.
