Sealegs Issue New Shares
Listed marine company, Sealegs Corporation Limited (NZX:SLG), has announced that by directors resolution it has today issued, for cash, 200,000 new ordinary shares at $0.36 per share. This takes the total number of ordinary shares on issue to 42,459,220 with this issue being 0.005% of the total class.
The issue is to assist funding in international marketing and distribution development.
