Sealegs International Ltd has filed patent applications for its amphibious vehicle technology in New Zealand, Australia, USA and United Arab Emirates.
Sealegs is a registered trademark in New Zealand and has been filed as a trademark in Australia, European Community and USA.
The Sealegs amphibious boat design is a registered design in New Zealand and Australia, and has been filed for design registration in USA and the European Community.
In addition, as part of an existing PCT patent application; Sealegs intends to file patents for its amphibious boat technology in other countries.
