At the annual meeting of shareholders of Sealegs Corporation Limited (NZX:SLG) on 17 July 2009, Maurice Bryham and William Burrell were each re-elected as directors of the company.
The board has determined, for the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.3 that James Hill and Chris Dickson are independent directors.
