Reason for issue: Shares issued pursuant to a Renounceable Rights Offer made to all shareholders of the Company (except overseas shareholders).
Payment terms: Consideration was $0.15 per share, paid in cash.
Percentage of class issued: 25%
Total number of shares in existence after the issue: 56,631,295.
Underwriters: 3,193,715 of those shares were taken up by underwriters.
Approval: Pursuant to board resolution.
