Listed marine technology company, Sealegs Corporation Limited (NZX:SLG), has today announced that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held on 23^rd September 2011, all three resolutions considered by shareholders were passed.

The shareholders authorised the appointment of Mark Broadley as a director, re-elected James Hill as an independent director and reappointed Ernst & Young as the companies auditor.

Maurice Bryham retired as a director by rotation effective 23^rd September 2011.
