Sealegs AGM Results
Sealegs Corporation announces the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held in Christchurch today.
All resolutions were passed, including the re-election of David McKee Wright and Simon Vodanovich as directors of the company.
The board has determined, for the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.1B(a) that Simon Vodanovich and John Robertson are independent directors.
Also today, the company announced Don Caldwell has today tendered his resignation as a director.
Mr Robertson, Sealegs' Chairman said the company was grateful for the contribution and international perspective Mr Caldwell had brought to the company during this term as a director.
