Power Beat To Appeal Judgment
In a High Court judgment, delivered on 6 November 2003, Justice Salmon granted applications for summary judgment brought by defendants (including IT Capital Limited) in litigation commenced in April 2003 by Power Beat International Limited. In the proceeding Power Beat sought unspecified damages and the return of 371,727 shares in Deep Video Imaging Limited that it sold to IT Capital and its solely owned subsidiary DVI Investment Company Limited in May 2002.
Power Beat has now appealed the High Court judgment to the Court of Appeal. It is not known when the appeal will be heard.
