Platinum Management Notify Notice Period
Listed Investment Company IT Capital Limited (NZSE:ITC), today announced that it has received notice from Platinum Management advising it will terminate its management contract after its contracted six months notice period.
Reasons for the termination relate to the problems arising from the litigation from Powerbeat International Limited, the company that is attempting to claim back the shares in Deep Video Imaging Limited, and the difficulties & costs that it will pose to ITC going forward.
