AUCKLAND, Monday 27 July 2009: Sealegs Corporation Limited (NZX:SLG) has today announced that it has issued 8,000,000 options to certain employees and managers.
Set out below is the information required by Listing Rule 7.12.1:
(a) Class of security and ISIN: Unlisted options.
(b) Number issued: 8,000,000.
(c) Issue price: $1.00 per option holder.
(d) Payment for the shares: The options were issued for cash.
(e) Amount paid up: Fully paid up.
(f) Percentage of the total class of securities issued: 100% of class.
(g) Reason for issue: The options were issued to certain employees and directors as an incentive arrangement.
(h) Specific authority for the issue: Board and shareholder resolutions.
(i) Terms or details of the issue: As set out in the notice of meeting for the annual meeting held on 17 July 2009.
(j) The total number of securities of the Class in existence after the issue: 8,000,000.
