The directors of Sealegs Corporation Limited (NZX:SLG) advise, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.3.5, that in respect of its annual meeting to be held on Friday 30 July 2010, the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 29 June 2010. All nominations must be received by 4:00pm on the closing date.
Nominations are to be made direct to the Company at P O Box 303-221, North Harbour, Auckland.
