
Sealegs Corporation Limited is a public company listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange Main Board (NZX:SLG). Sealegs Corporation owns 100% of Sealegs International Limited, the world’s leading manufacturer of amphibious boats. Sealegs International Limited has its office in Albany, Auckland and the Sealegs Amphibious boats are built in Auckland’s North Shore. Sealegs amphibious boats are used by customers in New Zealand, Australia, France, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Malaysia, Ireland, Hong Kong, Thailand, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

The Company has a staff in excess of 50 people and has two factories in Auckland’s North Shore. The first factory focuses on the fabrication of the all aluminium hulls and the second on the final assembly. Sealegs is managed by two proven entrepreneurs, David McKee Wright and Maurice Bryham. David manages building the Company and Maurice on research and development.
The Company has patents pending internationally and issued patents in New Zealand, USA, South Africa and Malaysia. Management are building a strategy based on the Company’s intellectual property and will commit on-going capital to its maintenance.
Further to the investment in intellectual property the Company has invested heavily in the model and production, with several boat models not yet released to the market.
